Purchases - United States:

JDP Digital, Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for orders under $1,500. Your payments are accepted in real time using a secure server for your company's safety. Your "Ship To" and "Bill To" addresses must be the same for JDP Digital, Inc to ship via credit card.

For purchases over $1,500 we require that you issue a company purchase order. Our terms are Net 10. We will accept a company check, or a wire transfer for orders over $1,500.

Purchases - International Orders:

JDP Digital, Inc. welcomes international orders. Our only two stipulations are that all payments must be made in advance via wire transfer and secondly we require that you provide the shipping account number to ship from the US to your ultimate destination. All quoted pricing is FOB - United States.

Warranty:

We warranty our products for 1 year parts and labor. Replacements will be delivered to you, free of charge, with equal memory size or equivalent USB unit type. The return of  custom logo and or promotional units will be replaced with equal memory size or equivalent USB unit type in their respective current retail packaging. You must have an valid invoice number for the warranty to take place.

Returns:

We keep it simple at JDP Digital, Inc.,  return the product within 30 days of your purchase and you will receive 100% of your money back.
